ABM Incentives is owned and managed by Amy Brook Middleton, CPA, MBA. Miss Middleton’s career prior to starting ABM Incentives included working as an accountant for a Fortune 500 Corporation, as well as working as a Financial Software Consultant for Consulting Firms requiring 85% travel time. Miss Middleton’s career has granted her the opportunity to travel to all 50 states in the United States, and Miss Middleton has visited eleven different countries.
Having had exposure to multitudes of office environments from traveling as a Consultant, Miss Middleton has experienced first hand both the impact of incentives on employees, and the exorbitant costs of corporate travel. Implementing a new software system, for example, can cause a drastic difference in an employee’s day to day routine and affect morale. Granting employee incentives such as a complimentary cruise or weekend get-away vacation for accomplishments such as entering a large number of invoices, working overtime, or perfect attendance could greatly enhance morale and productivity and eventually corporate return on investment.
Nothing excites customers or inspires employees like travel incentives. A one time investment in a travel membership that may be used for as long as an organization is in business will pay for itself many times over through decreased corporate travel expenses, increased employee motivation, and customer loyalty.
