Are there any restrictions on when travel can take place?

Generally speaking, the vacation packages will not be available during the heaviest peak seasons and during the major holidays.  Some providers may ask travelers to submit three choices as to when travel will take place.  With so many destinations, members should be able to travel almost anytime they wish.
